- Attending to Tender Interviews
- Generating of Sales Report and Sales Forecast
- Managing of Sale Activities
- Ensuring of all potential sales are updated in company system
- Compilation of Visit Reports and Weekly Reports with Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS

SERVICE TECHNICIAN |
Responsibilities:
- Assist in technical service & troubleshooting support and testing.
- Conduct service replacement works for faulty products.
- Assist customers in pre and post sales technical support
- Support other teams within the engineering department as needed
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Singapore customers.
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or support team on a weekly basis.
- Perform on site service calls
- Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE ‘N’ Level.
- Microsoft office, good communication skills.
- Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.
- Possess good and positive attitude
- Travel from site to site
